Member Services are available Monday through Friday from 8am - 6pm EST;
Medicaid Member Services are available Monday through Friday from 8am - 6pm EST;
Medicare Member Services are available Monday through Friday from 8am - 8pm EST;
Provider Services are available Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST.
Outside of normal business hours, the calls are routed to a 24 hour 7 day-a-week phone service where members can speak with a live Representative who shall assist with finding a dentist to accommodate an after-hours urgent care need and take a message regarding any other dental inquiry to which a Healthplex staff member will respond on the next business day.
